Training Video

Adult education video is a core area of our business that we are uniquely placed to create at exceptional quality. This is because it is where the decades of production experience of Brendon Stretch, and the decades of adult education experience of Claire Stretch, come together with a powerful synergy that results in highly effective training videos and corporate videos for Sydney.

From the adult education point of view, we are well aware of the large spend on dedicated training events, that all too often result in a disappointing level of actual behaviour change in the work place. When formal training events are backed up by coaching over time, however, there is a much greater return on investment in terms of the number of participants who successfully embed new behaviours and skills.

So one of our specialised offerings in the area of adult education are training and coaching tip videos. Training videos do not replace dedicated training events, nor do they replace coaching. What they do is act as reminders of key concepts and skills from training events, that can be quickly reviewed during the normal working day (the videos are typically 1 to 3 minutes in duration). Training videos can also be used as the focus of coaching conversations and team discussions. This is a golden nugget in terms of how to get your training expenditure to give you a much higher return.

In addition to being able to work with your internal trainers and coaches to design such video resources, FIlmStretch also has an extensive network of many of Australia’s top trainers and coaches. The result of this is that you can pretty much name your topic or area for development and we can do the rest, in terms of creating a video resource library for you.

In addition to the coaching and training video resources, we can also help you to address other key areas such as OH&S Induction Videos. Or it might be that there are members of your team who are the ‘go to’ person on certain work place required skills and that capturing this valuable IP on video means their expertise can be shared without them getting interrupted in their own work on a daily basis.

And if you have an idea for how to use video to educate that we haven’t touched on above, please call us to talk the idea over as we love being involved in innovative and imaginative approaches.
